User Data Deletion Instructions

Skinetics Aesthetics LLC · Houston, Texas · Effective date: September 26, 2026

This page explains how to ask Skinetics Aesthetics LLC ("Skinetics," "we," "us") to delete personal information connected with this website, our Skinetics treatments and bookings, the Skinetics SkinVices shopping experience, and any social accounts you have connected with us — including through Facebook or Instagram.

How to request deletion

Email us using the address that matches your request:

  • skineticsmedspa@gmail.com — clinic, general, and privacy deletion requests (website, bookings, treatments).
  • shopskinvices@gmail.com — SkinVices, ecommerce, and affiliate deletion requests.

Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include enough information for us to identify the account or data — for example, the name, email address, or phone number associated with the request, and, if relevant, the social account involved. We will confirm receipt and let you know the outcome.

Identity verification

Before we delete anything, we may need to verify that the request really comes from you. This protects your information and helps us avoid deleting the wrong person's data. Verification may involve confirming details you have previously shared with us or responding from the email address on file.

What we delete — and what law may require us to keep

When a request is verified, we delete the personal information we control to the extent required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where we have a legitimate obligation to keep it — for example, appointment and transaction records required for legal, accounting, tax, or record-keeping purposes. Where data is retained, we will explain what is kept and why, where the law requires us to.

Data on Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

We can only delete data we control. Information held directly by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or other third-party platforms and retailers — such as your profile, posts, messages, or orders completed on their sites — is controlled by those companies under their own policies. Deleting your data with us does not delete it from their systems, and we cannot do that on your behalf.

To remove data held by those platforms, you may need to use their own privacy and deletion tools — for example, the account and privacy settings in Facebook or Instagram, or the account settings of a retailer where you placed an order.
